This is the mis-print/mis-press CDr promo single version.
(The packaging appears to be identical to the proper 2 separate track version).
(The mis-printing flaw is that both tracks are indexed and mastered as one single track with a 4 second silent gap between tracks).
(The mis-pressing flaw is that there is a crunchy static fuzz in-the-red distortion noise during both tracks, but not during the silent gap).
