Available for the first time on retail Compact Disc, SupremeEx's debut album, "Destructor" is packed with 45 minutes of continuously mixed, instrumental hiphop beats.Originally released on CD-R in 1998 and on retail cassette a year later, SupremeEx's "Destructor" caught the ear of Tajai from Souls of Mischief / Hieroglyphics. Having loved what he heard, Tajai approached SupremeEx to work on a collaborative album together, the result was 1999's, "Projecto: 2501" EP on Clear Label / Hiero Imperium Records.
Many of the instrumental beats used on "Projecto" are featured here on the "Destructor" CD for the first time ever.
New to this updated version of "Destructor" are instrumental tracks previously unreleased, as well as brand new artwork and a budget price, making this one of the best values available in instrumental hiphop. And everything has been re-mastered by Hiro Matsuo and SupremeEx for optimal sound quality.
Fans have been requesting it on CD for years: "Destructor" creates a non-stop, atmospheric journey of hard hitting instrumental hiphop.
Track 12 features a hidden song "For You (Like Aqua) - Fluid Motion Instrumental" which plays after a few moments of silence.
Notes printed in the CD:
"One Luv to all my friends, family and supporters for sticking with me this long. Please enjoy this re-issue of my first album under the "SupremeEx" moniker. It was originally recorded in 1998 and given as promotion at music conventions, and later released commercially on cassette in 1999 with two additional songs. Available for the first time ever on compact disc, this version you are holding was specially re-mastered for CD by Hiro Matsuo and follows the same programming format as the original, definitive cassette version. Enjoy!"
