Came with two separate paper inserts. One insert was a Catchphraze insert with info relating specifically to this release and came with all copies. The other insert was a Catchphraze catalog / distro insert. This insert changed over time as the label released more records. It is most likely that this second insert did not come with the initial copies of this release since this is Cathphraze's first release, so future releases did not exist yet.

Recorded during the "Seven Times Over Fold" session April 1st, 2nd and 3rd of the year 1996 at Doubletime in San Diego, California.

These songs later appeared on the Seven Times Over Fold CD.
