Album Info

Release Date: 2003

Labels: Thrashbot Records, Constant Pain, Esbadu Records

Limited to 200 copies. No 10 covers are alike, many front cover variations, but most are on the back with the rearranging of the layout. Some have different artwork or pictures entirely. Many come with "random inserts" which are mostly "crappy tourist" reservoir photos while others are torn up photos.

Side B etching: "You’re going to notice something, we decided to turn off the overhead music for a day, As our Nation continues to prosper and our lives proceed, we at 24 hour fitness want to create a quiet reminder of what occurred that terrible day. We hope that you think about your own workout, you’ll also take time to reflect upon both the suffering and selfless heroism that defined that day in our Nations history. We are glad you chose to spend a portion of it with us. Enjoy you’re quieter than usual workout…"

Recorded summer of 2001 in a garage. This EP was written, rehearsed, composed and the band itself conceived over about a four hour time span.
