Released in a 4-panel clear-tray Digipak on a factory printed CDr. The also factory printed encore CDr comes in an extra cardboard sleeve. No booklet, no lyrics.
Track durations do not appear on the release.

The artwork of the Digipak cover, the cardboard sleeve cover and the disc labels have been redesigned from the original layouts of the vinyl release.

The printed order of the bonus CD tracks is wrong. The CD metadata shows the correct track titles and the tracklisting above reflects the correct order, too.

The catalog number 'DKRE 024' is printed on the disc label of the bonus CD, the catalog number 'DK 024' is printed on the back of the cardboard sleeve of the bonus CD.
