A joint project by Andrés Alonso (Burgos, Spain) and Jaime Munárriz (Madrid, Spain).These artists met playing at a gig and discovered they had a lot in common! In both their approach to instruments and devices, and in the sense of sound and fine layering of subtle arrangements. They both use heavily processed guitars, dense synthetic layers, ebow solos... and share a common set of musical references from the electronic and experimental pioneers.
This first album has been recorded with the artists in different physical locales, sending tracks back and forth, building the pieces in successive iterations.
This album is filled with processed guitars, analogue synths, electric piano, field recordings, and lots of guitar pedals. Melodics and harmonics are a constant, This isn't noise. It's music! And the production is pristine! A lovely bit of experimental. We are very pleased to have it a part of studios eclectic collection! Enjoy!
