The first disc includes eleven tracks that were intended for the band's second Immortal Records release, while the second disc includes demos recorded for their 2001 debut release 'Subject To Change', including the unreleased Thomas Dolby cover 'She Blinded Me With Science' (Which originally appeared on Dolby's 1983 album 'Blinded By Science'), and four live tracks.

Tracks 2-9 to 2-12 are incorrectly credited on the album numerically, and were recorded live in Miami, FL on 28-07-2001.
