The release is housed in a digipak. There are three inserts with the release that are housed in a slot on the inside panel of the digipak, an English booklet with the credits, a foldout poster containing the lyrics in English and Japanese and another foldout poster contains notes in Japanese.

Tracks 12 and 13 are listed as being bonus tracks, there are no credits listed for these two tracks.

Some of the credits in the booklet order are slightly out of order, these are:
