Visual artist and painter Rens Krikhaar and Syncom Data found each other in recordstore ‘Des Duivels Oorkussen’ in Den Haag. They share a mutual interest in themes of desolation, isolation and the force of nature. The gripping work of Krikhaar inspired Syncom Data to create a soundtrack especially for the solo exhibition ‘De Duvel en z’n Ouwe Moer’ at Galerie Waterbolk in Utrecht.These 9 tracks can be listened to at Galerie Waterbolk with headphones, while observing the work of Krikhaar from February 24th till March 5th 2023.
