The first 300 sleeves off the press were accidentally printed in reverse (mirror image); it was decided that this would be sold as the 'limited edition' version of the 12". Upon release, the 12" shot through its first pressing quickly, and underwent three further repressings over the next 12 months,

Repressed again in 2003.
