Part of the "Felix The Cat" Classic Edition set for Nintendo Switch offered by Limited Run Games. The box includes the game on physical media, the soundtrack in cardboard sleeve and a reversible poster. Note that the GameBoy and NES games share the same compositions between the two versions of the game, but the two scores obviously sound different given the hardware. Note that tracks seven and twenty ARE the same, underlying song despite the nonsensical name change. Composition credit for T's Music can be found on label side of the CD.
