Limited edition 'Ampersand Variation' version, limited to 134 copies on squashed blue & green vinyl. Limited edition versions also come packaged with one posters of the posters featured in the regular limited edition version.
These copies were the initially-produced versions of the sleeve, with the title featuring an ampersand rather than the word 'and'. While most CD and vinyl sleeves were pulped, 134 copies were sold via the TISM webstore.

Track B2 is not listed on the sleeve in keeping with its original status as a hidden track.
