This is the 'ampersand variation' edition of the album which features the title written as 'Form & Meaning Reach Ultimate Communion' by accident. The disc master is the same as the standard, except for the artwork mentioning 'Form & Meaning' on the disc face.
The spine features the band's name written as 'TISM' with the text oriented in the opposite direction, as opposed to the other version which flips the text and lists the band's name as 'This Is Serious Mum'.

There is a hidden pre-gap track on the CD (CD-0), with the "Message From TISM To PBS Listeners" which had appeared on some copies of This Is Serious Mum being accessible by rewinding from the start of track 1.
