'Greatest Hits' style compilation collecting all of TISM's singles, and other songs released as A-sides. To market it as such, 'The complete TISM singles' is printed on the cover artwork.
CD edition also includes a second disc featuring the Collected Remixes compilation, which had previously been released on vinyl in 2021.

The CD edition of 'Collected Remixes' also includes 'All Homeboys Are Dickheads (Single Remix)', which was not included on the original vinyl version, but does not include 'Shut Up - The Footy's On The Radio (Extended Mix)' or 'Jung Talent Time (Remix 3)'.

Errata and corrections:
Track 1-17 is printed as 'Shut Up, The Footy's On The Radio', which differs from the original single release, which has it as 'Shut Up - The Footy’s On The Radio'.
Track 2-08 is printed as 'Shut Up, The Footy's On The Radio (MMM Mix)', which differs from the original single release, which has it as 'Shut Up - The Footy's On The Radio (Triple M Edit)'.
Track 2-05 is printed as 'Everyone Has Had More Sex Than Me (Karaoke Mix)', which deviates from the original track's name 'Everyone Else Has Had More Sex Than Me', by missing the word 'Else'.
Track 2-10 is written as 'Defecate On My Face (MGF Remix)', correcting the mistake on the vinyl edition which has it printed as 'MFG Remix'.
Track 2-11 is written as 'Everyone Has Had More Sex Than Me (Laurence Maddy Remix)', which deviates from the original track's name 'Everyone Else Has Had More Sex Than Me', by missing the word 'Else'.

Some of the remixes, such as track 2-3, 'Rubbish (Remix Of Garbage)', feature parenthesised descriptions, which do not feature as part of the titles on the original releases (in this example, Garbage).
