Inner gatefold contains scans of the original program for the performance of Othello that went on behind the band at the show.
The unreleased tracks appear to have been inserted from an inferior source, owing to their lower quality compared to the previously-released material.
The first 200 copies featured a slight error in the sleeve manufacturing process, with replacement sleeves and an explanatory note sent out to those who made later orders.
