Release Date: 1988Promotional copy with CD+Graphics technology.
According to Wiki:
"A rare JVC pressing of the Sire CD was one of a limited number of CDs from Warner Bros. Records to be encoded with CD+Graphics, a videotext-type signal with song lyrics, instrumentation, chords and other information, viewable on a standard television from a compatible CD or Karaoke-CD player. The graphics were produced by Warner New Media and designed by M&Co. Such discs were identified by a sticker on the CD's shrinkwrap and as part of the CD label artwork. "

There are two indications this is a promotional press:
1. Along the right-hand edge of the disc which reads, "Promotion. Not for sale." after the production credit, and
2. At the bottom of the hype sticker, which reads:
"[Compact Disc logo] GRAPHICS / This compact disc is one of the first ever to be encoded with CD+Graphics. In addition to carrying a perfect CD audio signal, it contains a videotext-type signal with Talking Heads' lyrics, instrumentation, chords, and other information accompanying the music on the tracks. This information can be displayed on a video monitor or TV set via an advanced CD players (or adapter or decoder) with CDE graphics capability. CD+Graphics for this album were produced by Warner New Media and designed by M&Co. Promotional Only Not For Sale. 9 25654-2" (see photo)
