A planned release for the Reissue Series, but canceled when it was decided there was not enough demand for this title to produce a full run. Only 2 or 3 copies were made (if that).
Although this was part of the "Reissue" series, it was the first issue of the album in any format (including digital releases).

Unlike other releases from this series, it does not include the Series' standard rear label and instead has the front artwork wrap around to the rear of the sleeve. The front side is hand-painted (the rear portion of the artwork is left black & white).
