copy purchased directly from Teatro Satanico at one of their concerts. It's the same vinyl sold by Extremocidente with the same catalog number and everything but without the CD and with the title "Clearly This Is A Bootleg".
On the back sheet, there's written: "This is a shitty bootleg and you pay more than five bucks for this piece of plastic you have been screwed over!".
Probably Extremocidente didn't have the permission to release this or they didn't find a clear deal.
By the way, the sound is good.
