On the back of gatefold the writers of #1 and #5 are wrong; "All the thing you are" is attribuited to J. Cahn and "Round Midnight" is attribuited to Ted Curson.
The right writers are #1: Hammerstein/Kern and #5: Monk/Williams. I have used the not-linked version Written By.
