The record label is the generic Hub-Servall Record Mfg. Corp. Test Pressing label on each side with side A showing the artist, title, side, and cat# handwritten in ink. Side B includes the "Vacant Lot Records" information rubber stamped with a handwritten phone number under it in ink.
