This version has fold-over Purple cover, with glossy black inner sleeve, lyric and SOA records mailorder insert and flyer, but no SOA sticker on the cover.

Over the years this 7" was issued with covers in various colors. The order + quantities in which they were released are:
purple cover - 1000 copies (w/ heavy black paper dust sleeve and SOA-sticker on the backcover) (this)
red cover - 500 copies
green cover - 1000 copies
yellow cover - 1000 copies
blue xeroxed cover - 80 copies (very last copies, ltd. edition)

Some white/clear-white vinyl copies are estimed to be around 50. These were sent to mailorder buyers only in the first editions. 2-3 test pressing without printed labels are around too.
