Comes in a 12"x12" thin carton slipcase which contains a gatefold-like even-thinner carton sleeve which contains a generic white LP-sleeve with an A5 sheet with Japanese text ("SABBAT VS TERROR SQUAD"), plus loose A4 info sheet in English (different text).
The same slipcase and A5/A4 sheets were used for Part 1 as well as for Part 2, therefore identical.

Initially limited to 135 copies on white vinyl; however, 16 copies had defects on the vinyl surface (and were probably thrown away because of that), so actual limitation is 119.
