Track 22 is a version of track 18 sung in Polish.

• The title (and the cover art) refers to the fictional character of Mitch Buchannon, played by David Hasselhof in Baywatch TV series and is at the same time a play on words with the band's first full-length release "We'll Show You Mosh, Bitch!".

[Tracks 1-8 taken from] "Shit Fuck Kill". Recorded in 2007 at Psychosound Studio. Released in March 2007 by Terrordome.
[Tracks 10-12 taken from] "Split It Out". Recorded in 2008 at Red Shift Studio. Remixed and remastered in 2014. Released in November 2008 by Terrordome & Lostbone.
[Tracks 13-14 taken from] "Single 2010". Recorded in 2008 at Psychosound Studio. Released in October 2010 by Terrordome (limited edition - 100 copies).
[Track 21 taken from] "We'll Show You Mosh, Bitch!". Recorded in 2009 and 2010 at Psychosound Studio. Released in June 2011 by Defense Records.
[Tracks 16-20 taken from] "Bestial Castigation". Recorded in 2012 at Psychosound Studio. Released in October 2012 by Thrashing Madness Productions.
[Track 22 taken from] "Za Krótko! Za Szybko!". Recorded in 2012 at Psychosound Studio. Released in February 2014 by Kwadraciok Records.

9. "Raw Skit #1 - Vodka & Pizza" has been recorded at "We'll Show You Mosh, Bitch!" drinking spree party in Psychosound Studio's toilet. All rights reserved to Tom the Srom. Now he feels better.
