Silk-screen disc with a square artwork card insert. This is sometimes presented in a plastic sleeve but has also been found issued in a standard jewel case with the card artwork as front insert but with no reverse insert.

Title appears as just "Good To Go" on the front of the card but the release also describes itself as the "Album Preview" on the disc art. Previews 5 of the tracks from the forthcoming album "Good To Go".

Track durations are not given on the release but are timed from the disc.
