This release is on a CDr with a matrix runout indicating it is manufactured by Falcon Technologies International (see https://www.discogs.com/forum/thread/853366#8503603), which was not in business until 2005 — impossible for a disc purported to be created in 2002.

Additionally, other Arista CDr sampler releases such as Hazardous Life (Sampler) and 5-Selection Sampler —both dated 2003—have the date on the cover aligned more toward the top line that it is in-between, whereas this release has the date center-aligned.

The audio on this release is also lossy, with a 14KHz shelf. In contrast, the Rosco P. Coldchain release at Hazardous Life (Sampler) has full lossless audio.
