Includes a 24 page booklet of photos, flyers and clippings plus a sheet of stickers.

First pressing center labels incorrectly list both sides as "Side A", later pressings have correct "Side A" / "Side B" labels.

Due to a printing error the sleeve is 12” x 15” in size.
