From February through June 2020, Massachusetts metalcore act the Acacia Strain issued a run of five 7" singles, with single-letter titles: D, E, C, A & Y. The release of Slow Decay brings together all ten tracks from those records, and adds an additional two pieces, "Crippling Poison" and "Birds of Paradise, Birds of Prey."
