"Fate" EP is the title shown on the spine of the j-case artwork and the disc.
"A Fate Worse Than A Fate Worse Than Death" is the title shown on the j-case front cover art, but this four song Australian CD EP should not be confused with the 13 song compilation 'A Fate Worse Than A Fate Worse Than Death', which was released in the U.S. and Spain.

This CD is housed in a slimline plastic j-case with folding j-card artwork that's printed double-sided.
After the conclusion of 'Wilt' (4.1) there's six seconds silence (4.2) before a funky groove hidden track (4.3). The total length of track 4 is 2:47.
