Different label design to the other UK versions with "Arista Records Ltd." printed to the right of the centre hole (other versions say "Arista Records" only). "Marketed & Distributed by..." is missing from the top, right-hand space and songwriting for track A5 is correctly credited (some versions credit Prince Buster instead).

Runouts are stamped.
