Back in 1967-1968, EMI Norway only pressed around 300 or 500 copies of this record, which was the normal amount for one run in Norway at the time. However, a Norwegian sleeve was never made for it, so they simply imported the Dutch sleeve.The catalogue number is mistakenly printed as OHMS 3001 instead of OMHS 3001 on both labels. The H and M are switched.
