This is the first Original Cover issue (Green cover with pictures of The Beatles on it) Capitol Records issued a cease & desist Order as this is Copyright infringment on The Beatles which they hold the rights. So GAS immediately remade the tape with a Plain GREEN Cover. (see that listing...).
