Volume 4 in this Beatleg compilation series of tracks from various sources, not all are Beatles performances.
First issued early/mid 70s.

Packaged in a standard, plain white jacket on the front with an 8 1/2" x 11" insert title sheet with a photo-copied shot using the same photo as the other 3 Renaissance Minstrels releases, on yellow paper stock. Title sheet states Volume IV, not Volume 4. Also has "cumquat" vertically along the left side.

The back of the jacket has big red CBM/Contra Band Music artwork.

Similar to The Beatles - Renaissance Minstrels Volume 4 but in standard black vinyl, plain white labels with no text.
