It was pressed in a small quantity specifically for the MGM Detroit distributor by Polydor Canada after CKLW, Windsor, Ontario (effectively a Detroit market station) added the record to their playlist - to insure product was immediately available in Detroit. Only the Polydor label release was sold in Canada.
