This recording features the classic trio of Bill Evans, Scott LaFaro, and Paul Motian. Recorded most likely in or around 1960 at Birdland, NYC. There is a track at the end of Side A that includes some orchestral music.

LP sleeve is printed backwards - the LP opening is on the left side of the printed cover.
