The catalog number is given as "ARMA K7 005" on the spine and as "ARMA K7-005" on the tape label. Track A1 is misspelled as "IAlways Waiting" on the cassette body. The track sequence is also incorrect on the cassette body with "Night Terrors" and "Empty" switched around.

All tracks later appeared again on The Body - Anthology & The Body - Collected Works 2003-2015. A2 is titled on these two compilations as "Fails".

These 4 tracks are the first* demo by The Body, recorded in 2003 at Dead Air by Will Killingsworth.
