This is the regular/official release of 300 copies issued with a printed picture sleeve as the debut release on Whiplash Records.
300 copies of a sleeveless promo version were accidentally made from a bad tape, and were returned to the pressing plant, to be replaced by this version which has vastly-better sound, completely different design/typesetting, the new Whiplash logo, and a corrected B-side title, 'Keep Doin (What You're Doin)'.
(Meanwhile, those 290+ "promo" copies were returned to be destroyed but the pressing-plant's middle-man kept them and then sold them after the Whiplash/picture-sleeve version [this] sold out.)
