Track 1 to 4 were released as Bored, Angry & Jealous.
Tracks 5 and 6 appeared on Happy Swing.
Track 7 is a previously unreleased version, at one time earmarked as a single (the intended b-side, "Robert", appears among the bonus tracks on the A Love Affair With Nature CD reissue).
Tracks 8 to 21 were released as The African Man's Tomato.

Tracks 1 to 6 were recorded March or April 1986 at The Loft, Sydney.
Tracks 7 to 21 were recorded November '86 - early '87 at Baker's Lane, Sydney.
This CD was compiled at C'est Ca and Phantom Tollbooth Studios, Melbourne, August 1990.



Tracks 1 & 2 were remixed in 1990 from original tape.
Tracks 3 & 4 were mastered from vinyl due to original master tapes having been destroyed in a flood in the EMI tape library.

The numbered track list on the rear of the booklet transposes the titles of 1 and 3, and has a typo in the title of 4.
