Apparently there are two pressings: 250 hand-numbered, signed copies on V/Vm and an unsigned (unknown quantity) pressing on History Always Favours The Winners (HAFTW002).

Unmastered versions of these tracks were also released as MP3s on the official V/Vm website for free download. Release comes in a DVD-style case with an 8 page booklet.
