This edition was only available from the World of Echo shop and Bandcamp.

Printed inner sleeves contain an interview originally published in issue 6 of Chickfactor in 1994.

All songs on the LP were recorded on a Tascam 4-track, 1992–93.

A1 to A8 (and "Coffee") were originally released on How Did Everything Get So Fucked Up (Golf) in December 1993.
B1 to B11 (and "A Day In The Life") were originally released on From My Window (Toytown) in September 1993.
C1 to C8 were originally released on Pet Sounds (Toytown) in December 1992.
D1 to D8 (and "You Trip Me Up") were originally released on Little Baby Sour Puss (Toytown) in May 1992.

'A Cassette of Covers' has the same tracklisting on both sides:
