The 2 CD set contains a remastered version of the original album, plus a 9-track bonus disc featuring previously unreleased demo recordings. The demo tracks were recorded in 1984, immediately prior to the full album session and showcase the songs in their full, original intensity.

Original album recorded at Highland Studios, Inverness, Scotland. January 1985.
The demos featured on the bonus disc were recorded in Bridlington circa 1984.
The demo recordings were taken from Dave Fielding's original C60 cassette tape which was restored and digitally transferred.
