Track 1-19 has been fixed by appending the first 8s from track 1-20.
Track 1-20 has been fixed by removing the first 8s and some more silence from the start and end.
Track 1-21 has 23s cutoff from the end and a 10s fadeout applied on the new end.
Track 1-24 has 8s cutoff from the end and a 20s fadeout applied on the new end.
Track 1-26 has 11s cutoff from the end and a 7s fadeout applied on the new end.
Track 1-27 has 26s cutoff from the end and a 15s fadeout applied on the new end.
Track 1-41 has 6s cutoff from the end, which is added to the start of track 1-42.
Track 2-65 has 7s from "Where Do I Begin" prepended to it.

The "AuGmEnTeD (Bootleg)" is missing the 19th track being the real outro.
The "Surrender" album contains the "Music: Response (US EP)" as well. Sorting by date puts them in the correct order.
The "Singles - 1995-2003" compilation tries to mimic Singles 93-03 but has a different 13th track and different songversions.
