This release is similar to this one but has different artwork layout (on inner back of front sleeve) and the back plate is white, not green.

The inclusion of a "www..." domain name on the etched disc (centre) and the references (on the printed materials) to an e-mail address as well as the record company's web site would date this as at least late 1990's / early 2000's - but the re-release date is not actually stated.
