Dynamic label presses originally came with picture sleeve.
Glossy paper with square corners. This sleeve is 7.5" wide, while more common sleeve is 7" and fits the 45 nicely.

Upper corner of the sleeve has 'Dynamic No." with the release number scratched out on the original image, which has been printed on each side. The number is not scratched out on the sleeve, the photo is of a scratched out number. There is also a visible edge to the photo used on one side at the very bottom. This might be the first sleeve for this issue.
