Jewel case and Slipcase version that was released after the production of the original Digipak-style release was stopped.
This is a press by Universal M & L, dating it from April 1999 to April 2002.

Recorded in The Black Ark 1976/77, Cardiff Crescent, Washington Gardens, Kingston, Jamaica.

Congoman/Congoman Chant are taken from the master tape for Island Black Swan 12" issue, first released in 1977 and not available since then.
Bring The Mackaback is a dub version to Fisherman previously available as a Jamaican 7" B-side released on the Upsetter label.
Noah Sugar Pan is Scratch's B-side dub mix to the Black Art label 7" of Ark of the Covenant first issued in 1977.
Solid Foundation is from the master tape of the Jamaican Upsetter 12" mix.
