Single pocket card sleeve has a spine with text. Card inner sleeve. Four artwork postcards printed on both sides. The reverse print of the postcards is the same on each one excepting that they are sequentially numbered.
Some copies may have been sent with an identically sized promotional fifth card which featured the front sleeve artwork on one side, with release information on the other.
