Possibly a 1970's pressing for one of the first Buddy Holly Memorial Society's "HollyFest"s. These 'novelty' pressings were also found on black vinyl, and reproduction paper picture sleeves. Many of the sleeves never existed, and some were very good copies.
Decca, Coral, and Brunswick did not use colored vinyl in the 50's, early 60's as a rule.
They always have stamped run out numbers as well
