The cover is a black and white computer print-out, which wraps up a third of the way up the back. The label has THE CULT and the song title in English, and Cyrillic text stating something to the effect of "fanclub issue".
The sleeve says BIG NEON GUITAR, but the label lists the correct title BIG NEON GLITTER.
