Top opening matt card sleeve, with replica Chiswick Records tone arm labels with added large A on side one label.
Solid centre printed to give the effect of a four prong push-out. MPO triple concentric circle pressing rings around the centre hole and no 'gripper' anti-slip ridges around the circumference of the labels.

This variant was only available as part of The Damned - Chiswick Singles and not sold separately.
