This release presents the long unavailable original studio album Jazz Impressions of U.S.A. by the Dave Brubeck Quartet, appearing here for the first time ever on CD.
As a bonus, we offer two rare quartet performances which only previously appeared on long out of print compilation LPs.

All compositions by Dave Brubeck except "Two Sleepy People" (Hoagy Carmichael-Frank Loesser) and "Pilgrim's Progress" (Dave Brubeck-Pail Desmond).

Recorded in New York, November 16 & 26, 1956, and in Oakland, California, February 4, 1957.
