These un-numbered promotional copies were letterpress imprinted on back cover "promotional copy / Presented with compliments by INDEPENDENT PROJECT RECORDS." Some promo covers were printed on a thinner, cream-colored cover stock (pictured), and some were on the same brown chipboard card stock used for the numbered edition.

While the sleeve has "Charms And The Girls" printed on the front, the actual name of this release is "Hear No Evil", the second track. It is part of a series of three releases on different labels. Each sleeve of each release refers to the others in the series and lists them by release title.
